Borno Governor-Elect Zullum Sets 10-Point Agenda
Borno state governor-elect, professor Babagana Zullum says, he will build on the foundation already laid by incumbent Governor Kashim Shettima, revolving around a 10-point transformation agenda.

Zullum was speaking during the 2019 presentation of certificates of return to governor and state house of assembly members-elect, in Maiduguri.
Babagana umara who received his certificate of return said, he will go ahead with the reconstruction, rehabilitation and resettlement programme of the current administration, with a view to returning internally displaced victims of Boko Haram insurgency, to their respective homes.
Zullum appreciated the efforts of his party to clinch all the elected political positions in the state.
INEC's national commissioner in charge of Adamawa, Borno and Taraba states, retired Air Vice Marshal Ahmed Muazu, told the elected officials that the event is mandatory.
He congratulated the governor and the state house of assembly members-elect.
Muazu also congratulated the voters of Borno state for defying the odds, to elect their leaders.
Borno state governor Kashim Shettima, his deputy, national and state assembly members, amongst other dignitaries, witnessed the occasion.
