The Nigeria Civil Society Situation room has expressed satisfaction with the conduct of Saturday’s Ekiti State Governorship Election.

Ekiti Governorship: Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room Expresses Satisfaction With Conduct

The Civil Society Coalition however wants INEC to improve on the functionality of the Smart Card Readers.

Briefing Newsmen shortly after the declaration of the Election Results in Ado-Ekiti on Sunday, the coordinator of the Civil Society Situation Room, Clement Nwakwo described the Election as largely peaceful, free, fair and credible.

He however expressed the situation room’s concern over the growing phenomenon of Voter Inducement.
