FG spent N4.8 billion to educate children of Nigerian diplomats abroad - TUC

comments
by AIT / 5 years ago / Education
The Trade Union Congress of Nigeria has expressed shock and anger at the cost incurred by the Federal government in 2011 on the education of the children of Nigerian diplomats abroad.

The President of the TUC, Bobboi Bala Kaigama, also declared that the Congress will continue to do everything in its power to any and all attempts by the Federal government to sell the 104 Federal Unity schools.

During a National summit on Education, Good governance and National unity organised by the Unity Schools Old Students Association in Abuja this past weekend, the President of the Congress also tendered a plea to Nigerians to encourage the Federal government to prioritise the Education sector in the nation.
