Students Sensitized On Plastic Pollution
The pressure placed on Nigeria’s ecosystem as a result of dependence on natural resources and intensification of human activities, have been described as a challenge that must be tackled if Nigeria must achieve an eco-friendly environment.

Students Sensitized On Plastic Pollution
This was the focus of discussions at a workshop organised by the global initiative for food security and ecosystem preservation for secondary schools in the federal capital territory.
The organisers say there is a need to educate the young ones on the need for an eco-friendly environment.
Some of the students who participated in the workshop said the program which has established environment clubs in their various schools has helped in enlightening them on ways of preserving the environment.
The workshop tagged “beat plastic pollution” was organised as part of activities to mark the world environment day.
